Ludhiana, February 18, 2021 (Akash Sharma): Green Land Convent School, New Subhash Nagar, Ludhiana welcomed the toddlers of classes Pre. Nursery to K.G after a gap of nearly 10 months with new energy and fresh vibes. The whole school ambience was bedecked with beautiful fresh flowers and to rejuvenate the young minds with freshness.


The little angels stepped into the school with jolly feelings of excitement and enthusiasm. They were welcomed on heading back to School after revitalizing themselves. Excitement and enthusiasm were soaring high among the students where there was an eagerness to meet the friends as well as their teachers. The classes were beautifully decorated with colourful balloons and toys which filled them with happiness. They were also given a small welcome gift as a note of gratitude and affection. The whole day, children made merry by refreshing themselves with swings and toys. In school, it was mandatory to follow precautions such as wearing masks, washing hands, checking temperature and placing children in social bubbles.


The Principal Dr. Jyoti Sachdev Pujara welcomed the tiny tots whole heartedly and said that a child's smile is the heart of heaven and it's just so radiant with unadulterated happiness. She said that it seemed that the school has seen such vibrancy and spark after a long time which filled the premises with fresh start and beginning. She also thanked the parents for believing in school and further promised to provide safety and security to the students as per the SOPs issued by the State and Central Government. She articulated that the students of Nursery will come from Monday to Wednesday and Pre. Nursery and K.G will come from Thursday to Saturday respectively by 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. She motivated the students that despite obstacles that may arise, we must always believe in our ability to rise above challenges and come out stronger on the other end. She inspired them to study with passion to achieve success. She advised the students to follow all the safety measures of COVID-19 and sanitize their hands after every interval.


As a whole, the day was full of fun and excitement. Everyone had a great day!
